A weekend on a sailboat: Uncle Fax is captain. Lupo is appointed the first sailor. It can only go wrong. Fix and Foxi and Lupinchen must take command to save the trip. While cleaning up, Uncle Fax finds a modern painting in his garage. Just stuff for Uncle Fax - until he sees a report about it on TV and realizes how valuable the painting is. Too bad Fix and Foxi have thrown it in the garbage in the meantime. So they make their way to the dump. Sleepless in Fuchsburg: Fix and Foxi absolutely want to sleep because tomorrow they are going to the big fair and of course they have to be absolutely fit. But this night is not as calm and peaceful as they had dreamed. Mama gets a porcelain figure as a present from her aunt, which unfortunately the children break immediately and replace it somehow before the parents notice the loss.
