The eye-opening documentary portrays life in a seven-story apartment building located in Downtown São Paulo, Brazil, where 107 residents reside, bound by their addiction to crack. As part of a city hall "damage reduction" initiative that is about to be terminated, the documentary showcases the lives of many characters over the course of several months.
